Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

HEXANET is handmade in the UK and can take up to three weeks to build. Although we try and keep a good stock so we can deliver straight away, when sales are high and we run out of stock, a three week delivery time may occur.

Returns:

Unused or as new condition products can be returned. Before returning any goods you will need to contact info@hexanet.co.uk to begin the returns process.

  1. Any item returned should be unused and in its original condition, including packaging.

  2. Once your return is received we will then arrange replacement or process a refund depending on requirements.

  3. Please note that returns of unwanted (non-faulty) goods will incur a 10% handling charge that will be deducted from any credit raised.

Home Assembly

Couriered HEXANETs will arrive flat packed and need the three sections built. Please see assembly instructions which require a pair of 8mm spanners. As your HEXANET is made with the environment in mind and although we are happy to supply you a set, spanners are not supplied unless requested at check out as a lot of our customers already have sufficient tools. Additionally we aim to be paperless so the assembly instructions are not supplied but suggest downloading the above instructions for use from your device.

Safety Notices

  • Always wear gloves when using your HEXANET. Although all sharp edges are removed at manufacture they can develop if your HEXANET gets damaged

  • Never let children use your HEXANET. Although inherently safe, it’s always best to keep children away from haynet cords in case of tangling.

  • Never use your HEXANET in the same area as your horse. Keep your HEXANET in the haybarn to save your horse getting tangled in the HEXANET or haynet.

  • Do not lean or stand on your HEXANET. Although your HEXANET is strong enough to take a full haynet and more, it may not take the weight of someone leaning on it so just use it for your haynet filling.

  • In the unlikely event of parts becoming loose or damaged, tighten them or replace them. This will save damage to the HEXANET. Should parts need replacing, email info@hexanet.co.uk for replacements.
